Today we are building a pyramid! You will complete ONE rep of a foundation exercise followed by ONE additional exercise to start. Then you will keep foundation exercise at 1, while adding one more to each round of an additional exercise! 1-1, 1-2, 1-3, 1-4, etc! Try to get as many rounds as you can and let us know how far you've gotten!
