How to join

Joining a live virtual workout is easy! Simply click the class you'd like to join. The video will automatically begin at the start of each class!

Class Descriptions

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

Our High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts alternates short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. This will get your heart rate pumping and blast tons of calories and fat!

  • No equipment required (body weight only)
  • 45-minute workout

Strength Training

Our strength training workouts combine Full Body Strength movements through interval basd circuits to sculpt and define while keeping you sweating.

  • Equipment needed (some workouts are equiment optional using household items or bodyweight)
  • 45-minute workout

Mobility Fusion

Our mobility workouts are a great way to actively recover without muscle fatigue.  You will still sweat as you lengthen and strengthen.
